The First method
1. From Control the Panel, the clique icon the Modem.
2. To the box of the Properties Modem dialogue, choose the modem that will be changed setting him and the clique to the Properties switch
3. In tab the General, the Maximum Speed difference becomes 115200.
4. Move to tab Connection and the clique of the Port Setting switch.

5. In the Bits part per second, filled with 921600

1. Be opened file system.ini that is located in C:\Windows.
